Youth Braces

The American Association of Orthodontists recommends an orthodontic screening at age 7. By this age, several permanent teeth in most children have erupted, allowing us to effectively evaluate your orthodontic condition.

Getting braces is a big deal for any age but especially for kids. It can be overwhelming for some, but our team does everything possible to make the kids feel comfortable. After they have been here one time they usually can't wait to come back!

Braces for Teenagers

Many of our clients are in their teenage years and we do everything possible to make your experience with braces as enjoyable as possible! We also offer different color elastics if you want to accessorize or match them with your favorite teams colors.

Aloha Orthodontics is a preferred provider for TEEN INVISALIGN! This is the clear alternative to metal braces. They do the same thing as braces but they are removable and clear. No one will even know you have braces!

Treatment time obviously depends on each patient's specific orthodontic problem. In general, treatment times range from 12 to 30 months. The "average" time frame a person is in braces is approximately 24 months.
